don't know that I agree with this completely, most banned substances usually enhance muscle strength/growth etc but not necessarily ability. Just bc you're stronger doesn't mean you can catch a ball better, juke left and right better, or tackle better.... I will say the NFL really reminds me of the TSA in someways. They are a reactive organization instead of a proactive organization. And they also don't give two shits other than anything other than money
