    Tried to hit 12psi... how the heck do you do it and what gear should I see it in. I feel like I always top out at 8 or 9 psi. I know not to go WOT but should I ease into the throttle and keep pressing the throttle open till I hit 12 psi or mash on the accelerator but not to WOT. I do have the BCS HD from IPD... so fyi (car is stock btw)

    in what gear and what kind of throttle do you use to hit the 12psi?

    Yeah, I have found Muscle Milk to have the best tasting protein... it has 330 CAL per serving (2 scoops) which might sound like a lot but I have a tough time eating enough CAL during the day.
