  1. I go back to my car after dropping my boy off at the sitter... coming up on the back of the car and say, "WTF?!?!?" Hopefully they'll buff out. This must've happened at Target yesterday. F'n people!!
  2. Reattached another intercooler hose after it blew off. I swear, when I get some money, I'm getting the entire mofo welded! Anyone know if you have to re-train the Delco TCVs if you blow a hose? I'm thinking yes, but not sure.
  3. I'm going to have to check on some things... this one has no 'hollow sections, unless I want to drill holes and fill the innardz.
  4. Oh thx. I was just going to fill it with autumn cold photos.
  5. QUOTE (matt b @ Feb 2 2009, 03:10 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>One of Adam's ? I've heard some good things about them. This is a Habrec unit. Also, my catch can kit came in. Looks like I'll be busy, booyahhh
  6. This arrived today. Just needs paint... also bought some NGK spark plugs for the XC90, K&N filter, vac lines... time for stage-0 on that beast
  7. They're gov't employees, dude. At least you can collect. I can't get any benefits, b/c of the b.s. way my boss let me go.
  8. Kill some time today with the Diamond Dave Asteroids Game
  9. Sorry dude, not into it. I think it's cool that Honda made some Accord wagons, but it doesn't do anything for me. I'm sure people say that about Volvos though!
  10. Nothing... absolutely nothing. All I've done is drink, eat, drink, watch TV and drink.
  11. Oh the TCV on the XC90 is super easy to get to. Swap went like clockwork, thanks!!
  12. Installed a Delco TCV in the XC90, new vac lines too. Lots of vac lines... <sigh> twin turbo has its downsides. Next is O2 sensors and spark plugs. Oh joys! At least the XC feels quite a bit quicker with the new TCV installed.
  13. It's (generally) 3 years, unless you keep your records longer. If you keep your records longer than 3yrs, the IRS can go back as far as you have records. There are some situations where they'll go back farther, but you're looking at criminal tax evaders, not SBO's like Justin. YMMV, IANAP, don't try this at home, ever...
  14. I 'work' from home everyday... So far today I've put two coats of stain on some maple ply that I'm using in the theater. I got a couple of nasty splinters on the undersides of some knuckles. Irritating as hell! Urrrrrrrrrrrrr Quattro!! Sort of.
  15. QUOTE (matt b @ Jan 30 2009, 09:22 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>Alaska gets earthquakes ? Crazy. You're a funny guy today!
  16. Sweet, it was a 4.5, must've been fun. One more reason that I don't miss Alaska.
  17. Bought the Olive some gifts... bought the XC90 more friggin' parts ($*@*!@&*!!@^). Going to wash the Olive, clean the wheels (f'n brake dust!!! Shakes fist very very VERY hard). Drive it, get some data logged... same 'ol.
  18. Man, I found my next car. The 2012 Pelosi GTxi-SS/RT Sport Edition
