  2. Yeah and my fuel gauge is off a quarter tank. Changed the level indicator and still the same. I am thinking bad cluster but the car only has 72000 miles on it and I sure dont want to change to a 200k cluster. Is there anything else I could check?
  3. The fancy step motor boost gauge that i bought needs an uninterrupted switched power source to function properly. All the usual suspects are cut during ignition. Does anyone know where I could find one? Please let me know if you know. Gary
  4. My car came with 205/50-17s on it and I changed to 215/45-17s but found that the speedo is off +10 at 60 (actual 70). I know that the tire size can be compensated for with the volvo tool but is there any way to find out with vol fcr or any other tool what my current tire size is showing?
  5. Wheels are 7.5 wide. Aaron sent me a tune and its great I would just like to keep the original (with some tweaks) if I could. I will have to look into the rollover valve.
  6. Still very much in transition but here is where I am currently. Completed a LENGTHY stage 0. This car came to me as a time capsule, and not all in a good way. Original plugs, wires cap and rotor. Wires were dated 1996. TME springs looked good but were very tired so I swapped them out with Eibach. Installed C70 subframe and all the braces, swapped out the headlights and corners for C70 jewels. Decided to sell the Nebulas and go with 17" wheels and used the money I made by selling the two BBK's guessed it a BBK. Still have to install the rears. The only issue I am currently
  7. Any ideas or suggestions? If I could find another 98 cluster do you think pulling the fuel gauge and swapping it would change anything?
  8. It's hard to believe as many times as I've done this about that I don't remember but what brake lines are we using with the porsche bbk. Was it the 302 lines?

  10. They rode pretty good. Even on 22 year old Bilsteins.
  11. TME lowering springs from the IPD project S70 in the pics. These are the lowest springs I have ever owned. They tucked the rear and there was no finger gap in the fronts. I dont know if IPD had these specially made because the car was going to be in a magazine but they look incredible. Picture is a front spring side by side with an Eibach front spring. If they need to be shipped that will be extra.
  12. I know that Aaron sets up his tunes where the cel will blink upon detonation. Is there any way to make the CEL come on solid if the coolant reaches a certain temp? Just curious.
  13. Exactly what I did. Then wrapped the wires and gorilla taped it back together. Light went out immediately. Thank baby Jesus.
  14. Unfortunately the thread while helpful doesnt explain how the black cover comes off. I have pried everywhere I can but not knowing how it attaches is a huge disadvantage. I am confidant it is not the module as I just last week replaced it with a Mattymoo special.
  15. Swapped out the abs module and when I did the two power wires that go to the pump stripped themselves bare. I need to get the black cover off the pump to recover the wires but cant figure out how its fastened. Please let me know if you know. Gary
  16. I just got another 98 T5M to play with but for a daily driver I went domestic with a ATS Coupe. Loving it if I do say so myself. Definitely not the Caddy I remember,.
  17. Small one on top of the turbo and the L at the bottom of the intercooler. Please let me know if you have one or both.
