  1. Drove the 944 20+ hours and 1500 miles to 944 Fest. Also did 5 30 minute sessions. Such a shit road trip car no ac, power-steering or radio. Now have a set of HRE's and Forgeline's for the car. HRE's have RT615K+ tires Forgeline's have RE71R tires Both sets are 225/50-16 square. Still sort of clean before the track day. Dirty after driving through some storms.
  2. Sadly no. I was doing work at the Town Center Mall Chick Fil A. I drive a grey rental/poverty spec Kia Sorento while working (provided for by work.)
  3. Seen you over by Town Center Mall in Kennesaw the other day. Car looked good.
  4. Did the SCCA Track Night at Atlanta Motorsport Park last week.
  5. Ball park price? Feel free to PM.
  6. Changed the oil, transmission fluid and brake fluid in the 944.
  7. Both cars are coming along nicely. 👍 I don't think I ever owned a P80 without a squeaky dash. 😢
  8. Porsche meets are the worst its just a bunch of 60+ year old guys who think "Paint to Sample" is rare and original. It's a factory color! You just checked a box! 🙄 I honestly don't think 90% of them could change their own oil.
  9. 90 percent of its use these days is track days and mountain runs.
  10. Took the 944 to Werks Reunion and Radwood at Ameila Island this past weekend. Also I finally got around to shaving and tucking the bumpers. Swapped the interior to black script from the mix of beige, brown and black. Ripped out the sound deadening, radio, speakers, AC etc. Also with it being an 83' no power steering from the factory. Because racecar?!
  11. ^ Sold my 955 for double what I paid for it. Thanks covid. Clean 955's were like 5k for so long. Now everyone and their sister is "overlanding" them.
  12. It snows not even a week out of the year here. 200tw year round. 😂
  13. Looks good. Good job on the bay.
  14. I like Tire Rack. Plus being able to pick up from the warehouse (15 minutes away) saves $40. Had some tires put on the S60R. GT Radial Champiro SX2. Literally the cheapest summer/200tw tires I could find. 😂 Rides softer than Falken RT615K+'s, way better in the rain than RT615K+'s but... doesn't have the turn in or feel. They will be fine for a beater though.
  15. Haven't started playing with it yet. We will see how it goes.
  16. Got some P2 trash figured I will need this at some point. 😂 Vida2Go
  17. "Take the car." Nice. I recently drove the 944 from GA to Ohio did a track day and stuff and then drove it home. Just drive the cars and they will work. 😂
  18. Adjusted the ride height bit on the SR. Put the adjustable burly boy rear sway bar in it. Not sure of the brand but was several mm thicker than OEM. Wide angle makes the rear wheels look all tilty boi.
  19. Drove it 20+ hours round trip. Ran 5 30 minute sessions. Even slept in it. Not the most comfortable car to drive long distances. The car doesn't have AC, PS, ABS, radio, carpet, sound deadening etc. 😂 IEM's + Spotify FTW. The RT615K+'s are a year old. They have a few DE's, and a few autocrosses on them. Plus a few thousand street miles. Very satisfied with them. They last but aren't the stickiest "200TW." I rode shotgun in one Elliott's track cars. Slicks > 200TW. Slicks on another set of wheels might be my next move for the 944. #doitfordale My friend Elliott's Euro RHD S2 won peoples choice award.
  20. Hilton still the go to for P2R tunes?
  21. 160k. Timing belt, water pump and PCV were done earlier this year.
  22. Auto. Not much. Maybe some springs, sways, downpipe and tune.
