  1. Because you said, " I thought compression was in the coolant but no coolant missing,no overheating,no coolant in the oil." That indicated everything is working fine. The coolant system works under pressure, by opening the cap while engine is HOT , you release that pressure and coolant/water comes out immediately. When you put water back in and close the cap, there is air in the system which will self bleed if you don't constantly opening a hot coolant system. Did you use 50% coolant/50% water? Sounds there is nothing to be concern.
  2. I read it three times and I still have on idea what you're trying to say.
  3. Shouldn't you wash the car after the road trip instead of before?
  4. Get another M4.4 ECU and flash the 607 bin in it. I don't know about Europe specs cars and what year to look for a M4.4 ECU.
  5. Let's start with the basics: What is the year, make, model, transmission option of your current car? What engine do you have? What is the repair history on your car?
  6. Fix your voltage problem first? Your cables are probably corroded and worn. As for voltage, the ECU has a table to compensate for voltage variation.
  7. Thanks. Wow, that's a lot of work! It probably doesn't help anyone here, but I found the M4.3 R auto 0261203627 calibration file that does not set the CEL when used with an manual swapped M4.3 car. The rev drop immediately after stepping on the clutch using the 627 file. 850 T5-R 240HP
  8. Thanks for the info, that's too bad. I have another question. Is there a way to stop the manual calibration to stop holding the RPM while shifting like an auto cal would? I find the RPM holding useless for downshift and make my upshift slow since I have to wait the RPM to drop. Thanks.
  9. Is there a way for changing tire size in the calibration files?
  10. Sorry to hear about that junkyard engine. Hope it has a warranty.
  11. It seems to me that all the volvospeed url that point to pages reference at the are broken. For example, in page Refer to Post#1480 Jan14 2013 by Simply Volvo url is If you click on that, it'll take you to The actual url that you want to go to is *probably* But the info isn't on page 74 anymore... the info probably got move when volvospeed was redesigned. To fix the urls, You take the last part of the comments number, for example, 2290850 and paste it after so you end up with That will take you to the page you need to. When I have a chance I will start to see if I can figure out how to fix the link on the M44 page. But if anyone wants to jump in, be my guest.
  12. Year, make, model of your car? What ECU do you have?
  13. Using an OBDII port and an ECU caddy from my parts car, I made a flash station.
