  1. That’s going to be an awesome cat
  2. Changed oil and oil filter on the p2. Had a five gallon bucket sitting on the drive so I used that to hold the 5 qt jug while I poured the old oil into it. Worked pretty well. Kept the jug upright and driveway clean.
  3. A big sheet of heavy cardboard helps with the rough terrain. If I'm not in the garage ( which has epoxy paint) I put some old cardboard down even if I'm not going under the car. Catches spills and the occasional dropped tool or part making retrieval easier
  4. A friend used a go pro when he was fishing out on a lake Not even he could watch it
  5. Congrats to you both! I always recommend "NurtureShock" by Po Bronson & Ashley Merryman to new fathers. It is an interesting book. The contents are not arranged chronologically, but each can be read as a stand alone article.
  6. Replaced the bent coolant hose on the lower rear of the turbo. The one that was on there had the same inner diameter on both ends so it was a mess.
  7. Car looks great and so does the pic. Nice composition
  8. . Guess I should have added in the dark.
  9. We got a red one from ipd. Bit pricey but held up ok and was easier to find.
  10. Dam. Ok no silicone spray for me then. Will try hot water soak and WD-40 Thanks!
  11. Spent a while trying to install a silicone elbow turbo coolant hose. No luck. Used a heat gun and silicone spray. Finally called it a night with the thing not even halfway on. At least I got the timing belt and the small straight hose done.
  12. I know that sounds like a cat poster but it's true.
  13. But those new glasses make him look smarter, more sophisticated and uh.... The third one is uh... Smarter, more sophisticated and..... Oops.
