  2. A few recent pics. Made some suspension adjustments, repainted the load bars and trim. In need of some Jewel Corner lights. Hope to install the dual exhaust in the upcoming weeks.   3. Went for a cruise. Car drives amazing, but needs some adjustments and tweaks. Last round of work included: 4 new axles and all seals New wheel bearings all around Refurbished rear knuckles Front control arms, inner/ outer tie rods, sway bar endlinks 4 Piston brembos and 330mm rotors on all 4 corners 4 new ABS sensors Front/ rear diff fluid flush Coolant flush Oil change New Parking brake cables New Parking Brake shoes (still fighting with these!) New Headlights Modified XC Grill

  7. Thanks. I bought a pair of volvo 330x28mm rears and Im going to have the parking brake hub portion milled down.
  8. Hit 2 major-ish snafus. Found out my front "Big Red" caliper are the wrong models. The part number showed correct in a couple of resources and they bolt up to the adapters perfectly. However, they do not fit over 32mm rotor. These are meant for a 28mm rotor. I couldnt find a Volvo 330x28 rotor, so im going to use a set of 320x28 for now.   10. Thank you. Your P80 has been an inspiration. Im on the lookout for a clean XC bumper. Looks so good on yours. Manual conversion is definitely happening. Hopefully sooner rather than later.   14. Thanks. I ordered. Now I need to figure out a solution for the rear camber. Have you seen anything? Im thinking of finding an adjustable camber bushing that will fit in the lower rear control arm on the differential side.

  17. The hub adapter kit came with a jumper that has a fuse in it, but I haven't tried it yet.
  18. Love your car! Super clean. I have run Jetex on a couple of Audi/ VW cars and love the sound - refined lower rumble. However, I wanted something that sounds a little "throatier" on this build. So I am using the Jetex pipes for convenience and will run dual Magnaflow resonators. Jetex will ship directly to the US and it is cheaper to order direct than go through a US broker.   20. Thanks. the D2 is going through an Identity crisis as I figure out the body work. It's stripped to bare aluminum, which I am oxidizing with a chemical, then sanding to give a faux finish. the interior is mostly stripped and cage is being made for it. Soon to be a show/ track car.
