Hey guys, i see there are a couple of you that will be buying our Full Short Block Assemblys. If you guys can get 2 more people together i can do a GB on the short block and offer 5% off the price. Retail $5500.00 VS discount %5225.00 and Group buy price of $4950.00. We will be doing testing on my C70 this weekend on the dyno and start fine tuning the car in. I know you guys want to see some number before you buy so ill give you something to play with this weekend. Once i get the car tuned in the GT3071R should give me close to 450whp. I hope to see high 300whp numbers to start with since this is the first ecu map and its going to take some fine tuning.

Hey count me in on the short block. Ive talked to the guys at VMS for a while about one but what is is the time frame in which you want this money? Its not easy to save up 5 grand! im also in the process of buying a manual tranny conversion... so its gonna take me until atleast spring. Im def in unless financially something happens with my family or myself (but dont count on that!) I want 450+hp actually im GOING TO HAVE 450+ hp:)

What was used/upgraded in this VMS-shortblock? What pistons, connectingrods, bearings, etc?

Unfortunatly no.. i am a college student afterall. IM making about $500 a week right now... with about a grand saved up right now after expenses i owed my parents for... so i guess ill have it by winter break. is that alright with the guys over at VMS.... let me know if thats alright.... also where is VMS located?

Im am going to set a date this evening, at that time we will bill you 1/2 and when the motor is done we will bill your other half/ and or will release the motor to you when you have paid the full amount.

We are located in Evansville,IN.


I will work with you guys as much as i can so you 3 can get in together and save some money.

Once the set date i make comes around 1/2 gets taken from your credit card or other payments. Then once before the motor leaves we will bill the rest of ur card. This is for group buys only tho, All single sales are 100% up front.

Ok Rob, this is what we have for a goup buy,

since I am buying the copper head gasket and the arp head studs what will my total be, once you get a date and so on let me know and I will give you my money so you can start on it.

Aaron when you are ready let me know. If i have 1/2 from everyone in the groupbuy by NOV 1 the group buy price will be locked in. Full price paid by then locks in group by rate no matter what. Then when 2nd payment is made motors will be completed and shipped. I wana do it this way so some people whom want to get in can.
