This dealer is sub par, lacking both in positive nice staff and in fair trade. I find that when it comes to service pricing, plan to pay at least 15% more then OTHER VOLVO DEALERS.... When I asked about the prices I received a hostile response. I needed to get a service light turned off, after a service had been performed. They quoted me a $43.00 charge for a mechanics time to get ride of the light. Wow I wish I made $43 for like two minutes of time. I find that this is a little petty, and a cheap way to conduct business. I must assume that this would carry over to other aspects of the dealership.

I agree 100% with your assessment. The knowledge of service and parts borders on retarded, and their attitudes need an adjustment. The parts department at the Canton dealership rates much higher in the knowledge department. I have yet to deal with their service. The quality of any dealership varies regardless of the brand.
