I was under the impression that the trans mounts for the FWD and AWD cars were different. I assume they just have different mounting, and the bushings are the same? If so, that just made my day

Evrything should be listed on the Powerflex site. If not 850 search for S60 AWD.

800 series is missing the rear mount, P2 uses the same setup between FWD and AWD. The bottom bushing is the same between 800 series and P2.

Thanks for the pics of the Koni replacements. I've been looking for something like that.
I want to go with the FSDs myself and I'm a bit nervous about cutting up the struts to do it.
Mainly since I need to find a place to do it. If only someone here pre-made the S60 struts and sold them on here.

Out with the old,

Nice thing about the M66 gearbox was that it came with an engine,

Including turbo,

And also including a complete wiring loom.
Reasons for changing the engine so soon after installing the "SD2 engine" were because some things added up to a point where I simply couldn't resist anymore..

Very nice! I'm guessing that you will be incorporating the 06 harness as well in order to run dual VVT? You wouldn't happen to be going to The Ring next Friday would you?!
Harness is with the engine. Hope fully functional VVT will be possible.
No plans for the Ring at the moment.
