Scolding the Supreme Court? Does he realize there is a Constitutional Separation of powers?

lawyers and union spent way more than any corp. and the Dems were the major beneficiary.

Biden and Pelosi both had face surgery, they were doing stretching exercises. scary.

blahblahblah.

pelosi was looking pretty artificial up there. (botox, etc) and biden looked like he was going to start crying during the entire thing.

When did he scold the Supreme Court? I watched maybe the first 15 or so minutes then started tuning in every so often after that. I do know if one had played a drinking game with everytime he said 'jobs', 'small business', and 'tax credits' you would be dead of alcohol poisoning 10 times over.

Still, from what I heard of his speech, most of his goals and aims seem like its going to be another expensive couple of years.

Oh and Senate just raised the ceiling on the National Debt limit.

He got on the SC for striking down major provisions in McCain/ Feingold, campaign finance laws.

Corp. can't contribute directly to campaigns, I guess.

He's worried about foreign entities. But that was not covered in the ruling.

Chinese Red Army donated $6 million to Clinton/Gore.

It's still Bush's fault. TARP Special Inspector General says we are screwing it up, more.

How so? The fact that the government is staying/getting more involved in the economy instead of extracting itself? And of course its Bush's fault. Der. :arob:

From an article on the budget:

Quote

Furthermore, Obama, more than other recent presidents, is severely limited in what he can accomplish.

Even though Democrats still control both the House and Senate, they no longer have the 60-vote majority in the Senate needed to thwart GOP filibusters and other delaying tactics.
How much of a majority did the Republicans have under Bush?

Also saw this article as well. Talks about whether the GDP is obsolete. Time

This debt will take forever to clear.

Pfft, this whole forum has been dead for weeks.

We beat back the progressives.

Now we need to keep an eye on 'em and finish them off.

New Healthcare Plan

it would be interesting to see a flow chart of what health care started out as to what it is right now with all the different changes and what not in between.

im thinking you would probably just have one box saying "clusterfuck"

Theres a no name commie handing out -1.

I +1 dave and prasamin to beat back the red hoard on our VS shores.

-1 with no comment or fact based opinion is cowardly and typical of the progressive movement.

Engage in debate or GTFO outta this thread. Loser.

thanks K.

Tongue in cheeck by me , sorta.

By the way if you really look into McCain, he's nearly as progressive as some dems, but more stealthy.

Republican does not mean conservative anymore.

I'm rooting for JD Hayworth, he's a nut bag. But I liked him better as a butter ball.

On a prius? Hippy Mobile. undercover.

Not in this area... hybrid does not mean hippy anymore. Hybrid means save mone since he travels 2 hours to get to work in traffic and wants to save money to buy more guns.
