Anyone thats put in an FMIC or parted out a car or anything....Anyone have the dimensions of the stock intercooler? Core thickness and overall length by width including endtanks. I'm going to look around at options of putting in a new stock location intercooler. Please don't turn this into a big "FMIC IS BETTER STOCK LOCATION IS JUST A HEATSINK" debate, thats all been taken into consideration I'm just trying to look into pursuing some other directions.

Length: 20 9/16"
Height: 17"
Width: 1.25"
Rough dimensions of Atech intercooler:
20 x 20 x 2.5"
Boost Addicted's FMIC:
22" x 7" x 2.75"

MY FMIC is 8x20x3 (core) The intercooler fits perfectly without the Ac Condenser or Stock intercooler.

Too freaking thin is the dimension I would go by. Or you can go by these dimensions:
Width: 22.5"
Height: 17"
Thickness: 1.25"
I just measured my stock one. The Atech is about twice the thickness of the stock intercooler.

Its alright, i can relate, I've had a LOT on my mind recently also. Today was the first time I've done much work on my car in a LOOOOONG time. Got my new hoses on and cleaned the idle air motor, and throttle body.
Heres an idea I'm considering -- Autotech and EST are way out of my price range, I'm thinking about buying something like a large NPR intercooler, take the core, cut it down and redo the endtanks.

What if, for the sake of argument, I wanted to keep the AC condensor? Would it still fit or would I need a different size?
