nope not used...brandddddddd new, it does look kinda dirty from the pics, just got it out of the box, ill clean it up later...thanks, hope it works out well

Looks like it would be good for upto 400hp or so. Im not crazy about the core design but overall looks like it will work well. What did you pick that up for odell? If you deside to change to a different one i can order the cores like above. Also you should order at least 2 hump hoses for the Kit. You need to allow some flex in the pipe.

i ordered some hump hose the other day...waitin on it to get here...the core was 300, its bar and plate intercooler, and flows 530cfm...should be alright until i do somethin huge

I was thinking of doing an FMIC on my 99 S70 awd. Tell me what you had to do, and evertything and post pictures. Thanks. Looks nice. Also can you give us feedback if you feel it works better then the OEM location.

im taking the A/C out and the stock intercooler, so there will be plenty of room and no heatsoak:)

Odell for installing the core remove the whole assembly first . The conderser/cooler/radiator with fan. It all comes out through the bottom so put the car on jack stands. Once you pull that all out remove the stuff from each other and then you can find your place to mount the intercooler. You might wana weld to tabs at the the top for mounting. For the 70 series for the pipe to be able to clear you might have to remove some ac lines , not a big deal if you have the tools. otherwise it pretty easy and just takes time and cutting fitting.

No not at all. Good price. My kit set me Back around 1000 with all the parts. Darn clamps and couplers are what cost you, but that includes the intake setup for the turbo in 3" .

Im sorry, then why not spring for a ATech? More surface area (NOT density) is better for cooling.
