Im sorry, then why not spring for a ATech? More surface area (NOT density) is better for cooling.

Aren't you?

So, theres lots of options out there. The "fmic" imo isn't one of them. MUCH better options out there imo.

Look, we're not trying to knock you (well, I'm not), but the honest fact is that the Atech or similar would be better. It doesn't have to be the Atech, but I'm sure that for the $$ you could find something similar to that which would be alot more effective.

this intercooler i have flows plenty of air for the setup i have...ill be satisfied, if atech was the most effective route then why didnt rob from vms take it??? atech is just way overpriced, andyou dont see many ICs that are in the similar size as our stock intercooler...ohh well the dyno will show if it works well

To be honest the " Aftermarket Replacement Intercoolers" Atech. est whomever is a great unit. But for my needs i wanted to do something 2.5" in and out and have it away from any heat soaking elements. Also i wanted to get my Radiator out in front for better cooling. There are many reasons why i did the FMIC. For 90% of you the Atech is the best bet.

Looks good, I too have been thinking about this. I just got a reply from Gerhard Schruf of bellintercoolers on a price.
QUOTE
Hello Greg,
I am very sorry for the late response to your question, but we overlooked you e-mail.
To answer your question, the price for an Air-to-Air-Intercooler using the Core A= 3.0", B= 19.0", C= 8" (see attachment) and End-Tanks per you Specifications, is aprox. $ 700.00; this Intercooler can support an Engine-Output of about 500 BHP, at 10 psig Boost-Pressure and 1.0 psig Pressure-Drop across the Intercooler-Core.
Regards,
Gerhard Schruf
