Bjj is the best art along with shooto and Muay Thai IMO. MMA is the way to go these days. I trained awhile in Bjj for a couple year along with Thai boxing. All i can say is your Shins hurt every day. It hard to knock a Thai boxer out but if you can get one to the ground and your main interst is Bjj its all over
