After you install an exhuast in your car are u suppose to take out the ECU and put it back in?? So it knows that something has been changed?? If not then for what mods are you suppose to do that with?? Let me know.
Thanks,

You can, but it won't do much. You really only have to take out the ECU when you're upgrading the programming, as far as I know.

i think you may just need to give it some time to settle in, but you don't need to remove it...maybe Oliver can do a remap, although if you have the 17PSI program, you probably don't need a remap

I believe your question pertains to clearing the ECU so that is can more quickly adapt to the freer flowing exhaust.
You can achieve this by :
1) Removing the ecu for about 10-15 minutes
2) Or simply pulling the fues to the ECU for 10-15 minutes ( easier)
The idea is the ECU adapt itself over time to the characteristics of your engine and exhaust. The ECU will adapt to your new exhaust over time all by itself. Removing the ECU ( or pulling the fuse) is intended to expedite the process.
Does it work ? Dunno, but it does not cost anything and only takes 15 minutes to do. It is recommended by most whenever a performance modification is performed ( i.e. new cat back; down pipe; air filter; etc.)
YMMV

If you do not know how to pull the fuse ( actually fusible link) then you probably should leave well enough alone.
Your owner's manual will tell you which fuse to pull ( it's #1 I think).

I heard somewhere that Oliver now got 17psi version, i have 15psi right now, and pretty happy with that.
