I always see people asking what size hoses do we need, well I don't know, but I would like to seeing as I am going to do my vacuum hoses too.
What size should the hoses to the bcs be replaced with etc... pretty much all the vacuum hoses what sizes should they be, and how long (apporx) should we need. Any help would be awesome, thanks.

Good question, I think I'd like to know this myself. All the spec sizes for which hose goes to where, etc., etc.
I would also like to know how preformance has been improved when replacing the vac lines (if any at all).

anywhere from 4mm to 6mm will work fine, make sure you use some good clamps

4mm, 6mm and 10mm like 10feet of each even though youll have 10mm left over . no performance increase, unless the vacuum lines you have are cracked. you could just as easily replace all your lines with regular rubber which would be cheaper in the short run and you could get it from any parts store, but the silicon lines will last a lot longer.
