No flames, just some advice...
Before doing anything with the map, you have to make sure the mechanical bits are fine. Otherwise you are just wasting time.
Start with checking the boost because it's easy to do. Bypassing the ECU boost control will quickly determine if there is a problem holding boost at high rpm due to a mechanical problem.

I feel for you bro. Don't be upset, this is great data. Just by rebuilding my turbo and adding a less restrictive DP, I gained over 25whp. Get all the mechanical stuff down. Then try again.
I'm doing a pretty serious build and I only expect 300-350whp. I've pretty much ruled out the 19T. The exhaust housing is too small. Torque Steer let me know how a larger exhaust manifold is a must. I strongly agree with him. When I rebuilt my turbo, I held that TD04 in my hand and thought, this thing channels all of our engines exhaust gas… No way.
On this side of the pond, it's hard for us Volvo guys. Tuning is an issue. Parts are an issue. Most of us bolt stuff on expecting to get more and more. Unlike JDM, Nismo, and others we are at a huge disadvantage. Off the shelf tunes are just that, off the shelf. We need experienced tuners and flexible tuning solutions. We need to open the cylinder heads and flow path of these engines too. Large turbo, forged internals, a nice open intake path, open head, 3” exhaust, high flow exhaust manifold, a good amount of fuel delivery and a GREAT tune is the only way to get the nice numbers we all want. I didn't even mention drive train. LOL
With a shelf tune, injectors, open exhaust and a 19t, you can get some basic power. Don’t expect too much though. Going back and forth with tune by mail is a crap shoot. Look at what others put down with your set up. You can get a better idea of what you can expect.
What are your power goals?
