Im still undecided on what i really want for wheels...dont know if i want to drop down to 17s so i can get better traction at the track or what...Ive got 18" pegs, 18" voxx forza, s70 turbo fans, and chrome columbas...so many choices, and ive been looking at some ADR formula 5s...are these good wheels? i would love some suggestions from you guys...

You've got peggies now right?

The answer seems obvious to me. Buy 2 more peggies (17s) and wrap them in BFG Drag Radials.

They make them in 225/45/17's

Just switching to 17's and street tires will be about as effective as you have now.

Ya, only cause they dont list an 18" size slick that would work for you. It would save you the cost of 2 extra wheels + a complete set of street tires.

If you really want to, run 17" peggies w/ DOT's up front, spares on the rear, but that looks pretty lame imo. PLUS, you want to know how your car will do ON THE STREET, so I'd run it as close to "street trim" as you can.

Do you think you could fit a 225/50/15 on the stock 15's? I've got a pair of 15's you could borrow for the track. That'd give you more sidewall, less weight, and it'd be much cheaper. I just checked and they're 6.5" wide. Would that work?

For the street i plan on using 245wide BF DR's and for the track slicks, As for wheels it comes down to how much money you can spend
