I was wanting to hear your knowledge I have read 2.5" is fine for anything under 300hp you guy's are all pretty smart about volvo I guess I didn't see any reason to go 3" for many reasons

Is it possible that a 2.5" exhaust actually prevents the exhaust gases from slowing and allows for more flow and gas scavenging?
No sarcasm up to this point, just curious.
You know, you act as if you do this for a living....
^ - that part was sarcastic

Yeah, for me, I want to go with duals on my car purely for looks, so I'm looking for all the pieces for the setup... but it's still low on my list of things to do... I'd say go with the 3" for the 200 bones... That's a deal. You'll be happy with the sounds, and the free-er flowing exhaust. 3" is huge... I had 4" on my Cummins, and everyone was saying that 3" is fine... Good luck man, post pics!
(BIGGER= BETTER! - my GF can't be wrong! haha..)
