But regardless, to prove my point would pretty much be a worthless, infantile, and wholly pointless endeavor. But fun.

You have got to be kidding!
You all the parts and mandrel bends, and you can't find a shop to put them together for you. Dude, you live in LA, there are a ton of local muffler shops that can assemble, weld, and install your exhaust. Please don't tell me to give you names of shops, just open your phone book.
Considering where you live, you have made this exhaust to be much more of an issue than it is. Not just in this post, but in the previous ones.

Are YOU kidding me??? If you can find a shop that can put together a downpipe and full exhaust, from prebent SS piping, that requires so many cuts and proper positioning, without F,ing the whole thing up, with the two O2 bungs, then it's money...what the hell is your problem? People are willing to give good input...leave threads alone if you're not.
Oh, and I didn't ask YOU for a names of shops, just to clarify.

ATP exhaust valve
This seems to be the least restrictive without cutting down drivability at night around the nieghborhood, and cheaper then most full exhaust systems. Im also planning on getting some kind of nice tip from IPD or somewhere else so it looks good and I dont have some big jerk system sticking out.

40+ mods and counting...

Ok I found out exactly what you should do. Folllow these dirrections exactly.
1. gather all the pieces of piping and such that you have purchased.
2. put them back in the boxes or bags for proper protection.
3. now take them back to the store or person you purchased them from.
4. Ask for your money back.
They will ask why????
5. you will respond with "I am too f*cking stupid to own these and can figure out what to do with them or how to have them assembled:)
DUMB *SS!!!!!

Your response makes you sound like a bigger dumb A-S-S then I already thought you were.
What do you think exhausts shops do? You act like what you need done is such a rare item. Any local exhaust shop or speed shop can weld, assemble, postion, and install your exhaust. And guess what....in LA, there are a whole phone book full of exhaust and speed shops. Tell you what, tell me the area in LA you are located, and I guarantee I can find at least 5 shops within a 25 mile radius that can easily do what you want.
Also, you seem so excited about your SS piping. It just shows you wasted money on something that is of no benefit to you living in LA. I will take your comment about wanting to hit me with your useless SS piping as a joke. You should be careful threatening people on the internet when you don't know what they look like and they live in the same area as you.

Aud1...I don't know how to put it together...if I did, then I wouldn't be on this forum...if I was an exhaust guru, then there would be no problem...
Anyway, all that said and done, I'll let you guys know who puts it together in January, and I'll let you know the place that I go to for smog...he should pass it for me with an AM cat, so let's see what happens....
