I would suggest a samco kit over a reverse IC kit any day...
Due to my experience blowing up *brand new* stock rubber elbows repeatedly at high boost.
The reverse IC piping kit looks to be a decent upgrade, but the samco kit is invaluable IMO.

I have now updated my location, so you can see I'm not from Tacoma, but am at WWU in Bellingham and travel to Seattle often (once my car is fixed).
I don't know the name of the place, but my buddy Adam works at Speedware Motorsports in Redmond and knows of a guy that will hone out my turbo and upgrade my compressor for pretty cheap. I'm guessing that means like $200-$250 but I'm not sure. I figure that will give me the 'boost' I need... I am also considering a chip, but am not sure.
I am definately going with the Samco hoses in Black both Radiator and Turbo
And am purchasing all new vacuum lines from some place that others in the forum have used.
