What are the Best performance upgrades for an S70 for only $200. Also what would be the best performance upgrade for $400. And what will be the Horsepower improvement with these parts?

So $800 total? If that's what it is... ECU.. IMHO.

I wouldn't ECU upgrade unless you got an exhaust upgrade first, and intake upgrade.
What kind of S70 are we talking here? N/A, Turbo what?
For $800, I would do this.
1. Intake
2. Exhaust
3. Then your ECU
You might actually have enough for all three if you get a custom made exhaust from a muffler shop. But you might have to dish out $100 more maybe.

For 300, go with an ST chip from Ebay...$299 plus shipping two ways....
for $500, depending on where you live, you could go catless turbo back if you went custom built...test pipe it and you're set

Good information. I am going to upgrade my ECU soon along with the exhaust. Now I know I'm doing it right.
It's hard to find a ECU upgrade for the NA's but there are two places you can go.
RICA does it (forgot the web site)
And www.speedtuningusa.com :which I think I'm going to go with. I think it's like a 3 to 4 hour drive from my house to their company and they do it all in one day so I'll make a day trip up to MD to get it done one day, and it's only $299.
If not intake, exhaust, and ECU, get Bilsteins all around with Eibach.

Yes, it's lives up to the claim. Edit speaking for my application only... I imagine s70 also....
