hmmmmmm..... ....oh, and I have no idea how to "grease" everything...do I have to remove all the stuff again to do this, and what grease are we talking about here?

Just use some toothpaste!

Buy a can of this Lithium grease. Then jack up one side at a time and spray your springs with it. Its should stop the noise.

keep the dental jokes coming...but you know you're gonna use every last bit of that stuff ...spray grease....just when you thought they had invented everything...thanks Jesse, coming through again...just spray that crap everywhere, and maybe it'll stop every noise that I ever heard in my car!
