i know it says that but in the .pdf file they have prices for the software for '98 and up s70 so either they changed that or they made a mistake, i think i'm gonna email them and ask how much would that programmer and the software cost me, seams like a better idea than the reprogramed ecu

The picture shows an underdash connections which I assume is OBDII, but on my 1999 S70, the OBDII plug is in the arm rest. Take that to mean whatever you want...
