Pretty newb question, what turbo does a 1998 S70 T5 5-speed have? does it have the 15G or the 16T?

16t....swap it to a 19t, do an ecu from upsolute ,do a 3inch turbo back, a little dyno time then a retune ecu and you have yourself a really scary fast car.

thats all I need? what about injectors/fuel pump?

The guys that have a 19T on their car and haven't bent rods need to chime in here so This guy gets everything right without having to rebuilt the bottom end of his motor.

injectors are 350cc and are adequate for that setup, as is the fuel pump. When taking the car to that level, you really need to tune well or like Bay13 says, you'll be replacing the bottom end of your motor. It happened to me...and believe me, it's not cheap wink.gif

Built motor, Nira i3+ EMS, GT35R, Tial 40mm Wastegate, Tial BOV, FMIC, 630cc injectors, 3" exhaust, Quaife diff, singlemass flywheel conversion, Spec stage III+..blah blah..

Do you have to change your panties after every time you go WOT in your high-13 second beast? Maybe it's the warp-speed acceleration on the highway indicative of the mind-boggling 98 MPH trap?

Going off-topic? Guess what...this whole thread after the second reply is off-topic. All Volvoboi24 asked was what kind of turbo an S70 T5 5-speed had.

I didnt end up buying that S70 anyway... but I will probably buy a C70 T5 5-speed instead biggrin.gif

Been a while and i have not bent anything YET. Boosting at 16 psi
