1998 V70 Xc From The Beginning... to the End

Recommended Posts

The build has come to it's end. All five Wisecos are cracked, one lost the rear skirt.

66F1FBAB-C724-4B08-9FE3-30649879BD19_zps

Car is being parted out.

Intake, Turbo, Cams, IC, Injectors, NRG mount & OMP strut brace are under consideration now, everything else is available if you're interested LMK via email so I can track whoever asks for what on a first come basis. Husseinholland AT gmail.com

H, sorry to hear about this... And I wish you the best of luck in all your future pursuits...

I completely understand, as I had my own frustrations with my own project, even though I was never as truly invested as you were with your XR. This is truly a sad day for volvospeed, and the entire Volvo community...

Damn. Wow.. This sucks... This car has been an inspiration to many of us here. Its always been "that XC with "that horsepower". Good luck H with future projects and everything else as well...

That sucks, Hussein.  All Volvo flags at half mast....

Are you going to concentrate on your Fiat, now?  What's in the hopper?

Fiat can get my full attention now. Need to do the LH2.4 conversion & the Dallara body kit conversion.

C30 will stay stock for a little while, at least while I focus on the X1/9 over the next year or so, then we'll see what comes up.

H - just saw the news. Very sorry to hear you're parting it out. It's an amazing car and I think I speak for everyone to say thanks for spending so much time documenting and researching which has benefited so many of us. Look forward to seeing your next project!

Damn I am sorry Hussein. :(

I saw that you posted some C30 parts on the facebook page and then saw this thread today :(

Good luck with the Fiat and now the C30 - I hope you can make some good money back on all of these parts to move towards other inspirational auto projects!

The title of the thread should be changed  to "from the beginning to the end".
