As for gains from a super 60, basically quicker spoolup, more efficient boost (i.e. past 17 psi is no longer just hot air) as for gains, that all depends on how much boost you're willing to run

15 psi on a 15g, 16t, and 19t are all different, 15psi on a 19T is like 17 psi on a 16T fyi

You have an LPT. You should try to maximize effiecency for less than 15psi. Over 15psi will require some serious supporting mod's.
Personally, a 16T would be what I would use.

18T & 19T's are in the Mid $600's with a core charge as well.
