if he doesn't conceed this morning, i will lose whatever respect i once had for john kerry. i also tip my hat to president Bush for not declaring victory so that john kerry can make up his mind (is it any wonder that kerry cant make up his mind whether he won or not? laugh.gif ).

on a happier note: daschle is gone!

gotta love how the Bush admin is allowing time for Kerry to "reflect" apon the current situation.

Kerry won't concede - he'll go down whinning all the way. What else do expect from a couple of lawyers?

Point 1: LOL @ "teen" vote.
Point 2: I think the electoral college system is working just fine. Bush has majority of states and the popular vote. Seems to be working fine to me.
Point 3: No more Daschle thank god
Point 4: Even if Bush didn't win, atleast the house/senate have become a bit more to the right.

Kids were doing that in my sociology class last week, I found it sooo ridiculous. My school was like 89% Kerry 11% Bush.

Here is a visual illustration of the point. Notice all the "Red" states and the lesser amount of "Blue" states, but the overal electoral votes:

The only thing that disturbs me is that California and N.Y. have huge amounts of Electoral votes compared to their size. This is mostly due to a few major cities. You can lump Texas in there as well, but at least they have the land to back it up. Basically almost any Democrat starts with 107 (CA, N.Y. and super corrupt Illinois) electoral votes. If you took out Texas, California, and N.Y. then things would be a lot more interesting. Or at least split their votes like Maine can. This would break up the sure lock 55 'blue' electoral votes.

Here is the election map broken down by county. Looks really bad for the Democrats. If you listen to them the last few days they can't figure out why they got destroyed. They think they didn't do a good enough job getting their candide's ideas to the public. Its just the opposite. They did get their candidate's ideas out and nobody liked them. Plus they are whining about dirty campaigning. Coming from the people who had Micheal Moore and George Sorros out and out lying and cheating as hard as they could is just a tad hipocritical.
