Actually there is very intresting factual information about last elections florida to make for some eyebrow raising.
This election, honesty feels alot more honest than the last one which is a good thing.
all in all, dont expect alot of change. Its one thing to say "oh kerry would have done this if he was elected" blah blah blah
sorry, neither canidate really gives 2 cents about what the majority of us want. Welcome to relality

couldnt of said it better myself doug. i basically flipped a coin when i voted. i voted for kerry, celebratted a clean election and am happy at least i dont have to pay 50% of my paycheck to uncle sam now. Although my neighbor owning an a collection of M16s isnt super comforting, ill deal w/ it. things arent bad right now, could be better, but at least they arent bad, so i do feel a bit of stability w/ bush...as long as he doesnt tazz out and invade some other country all iwll be well. if i could be any more neutral i would... lol

I'd be more worried about people who you dont know if they have guns, than those who you know do ;-)
I think I've stated my thoughts on gun control before, so no real reason to bring that up again.
who knows whats going to happen. I know what I dislike about Bush and I know what I disliked about Kerry. Gotta love the choices

this is the best quote i've heard/read today.
"Democrats pored over election results and sadly determined that the GOP base was bigger, more rural, suburban and Hispanic than they had ever imagined, It was a grim day for Democrats."

Good Job W. Face it, America just said no to socialism and demagoguery. The average american wants results not just vague talk of having a 'plan.' Also they didn't like the monday morning quaterback style of a say anything to get elected candidate. We don't want leaders who answer a tough question about how they will handle a situation with "it depends on the outcome."
I think Ronald Wilson Reagan put it the best:
"Whatever history may say about me when I'm gone, I hope it will record that I appealed to your best hopes, not your worst fears; to your confidence rather than your doubts. My dream is that you will travel the road ahead with liberty's lamp guiding your steps and opporunity's arm steadying your way."
And as far as intelligence goes here is a good article:

Running a campaign that is entirely based upon you not being the other candidate is not enough to win an election.

I really can't wait until Michael Moore's next movie. I can't wait to hear how Bush stole this election too.
he drugged ohio and florida, obviously. all the defense spending has been on crop dusters to fly over swing states to spray mind altering gas to change the minds of the obviously democratic voters.
I didnt see any....... maybe they dont effect non-citizens

also, when you change campaign advisors three times, and you still run on that platform doesn't help you out much. i honestly think his indecisiveness killed him, not just to the public, though. his campaign staff was in a constant state of flux. there are sometimes when you just have to make a decision based on the best information at the time, and go with it, period. changing horse mid race just because your horse hiccupped isn't going to get you to the finish line, espescially in a national election.
