H - what about a less drastic change. You may have already done this, but if the '98 FPR is 3.0 bar and you are running one that is 3.5 bar maybe you could try the 99+ style one that is set at 3.8 bar. That should make the Greens run at the 468cc they're intended to run rather than at 410cc or 440cc or whatever they run at 3.0 or 3.5 bar.

I am assuming that's the one thing Janne forgot to take into account with the tune. The fact that the greens run a bit less in a 98 than they do in a 99+ car.

If I've completely missed the boat here sorry unsure.gif
B Mac: "Guess what? Remember my new heater core?"
Me: "Yea."
B Mac: "It smells like dead rat again."

Hi Will!

I have actually ordered a 4bar drop -in regulator for the greens - but once I get the TT, I'm gonna want more!

Well I did buy mine in the VS classifieds about a year ago used for 250$ laugh.gif but for a new one 400$ is about as good as you can find. They aren't cheap.

Ya they were mine!

All sorts of goodies came today...

Apexi, 6olb injectors, GI Joe -- (oops, wrong forum rolleyes.gif )

Anyway, I put in the NA cams a couple of days ago, but only got to drive it today. I also can't drive very far or spiritedly with the broken leg - shifting is still a little tricky biggrin.gif . Anyway, I was entirely underwhelmed by the change. I also noticed that my overall boost levels seemed to have dropped, and the AFR's had become much richer under heavy load.... didn't make sense. I took alook @ my intercooler hoses, and lo & behold, the f'kn silicone "T" for my BOV had ruptured...

while I'm sourcing another "T", I decided to fabricate a more solid mount for the bov, fortunately I still have left over 2.25" piping from the CXracing intercooler kit..

cut new longer section pipe, drill 1" hole for BOV nipple

1" home depot plumbing nipple

JB weld is always your friend for this kinda stuff....

I may just leave it this way, as there is less potential for leaks.

Now I can start on the Apexi wiring....
