Okay, so here are the two cars for a future "race" . . .

1995 850 T5 5 speed - 2.3L - ?Chip? - 3'' Turbo Back Exhaust - 16T? - R Manifold - MBC - think thats it ? (HP - 290-300 ?) - weight - 3280lbs

2008 Ford Bullitt - 4.6L - Stock (HP - 315) - weight - 3350 lbs

Who wins ? laugh.gif

Not from a stop, since we know the Mustang would win, but from a roll . . .

Hhhmn ... sounds like sushi, sex, and cars.

I picked a pretty circuitous route and arguably cheated slightly, but I'm going to get there

850 specs = 210lb driver, 3" turbo back with one muffler ( i'll unbolt it for the extra 2hp laugh.gif ), straight flange 15g, 19t wg actuator, 14psi mbc, '97 UK 5spd ecu, R manifold

I'm thinking a 30 roll and a 60 roll.....might be close?? The 850's pretty quick on the highway lately. Last time we did a pull Chris raped me w/o vaseline laugh.gif

sad.gifsad.gifsad.gifsad.gifsad.gifsad.gifsad.gifsad.gifsad.gif

Sorry for the letdown guys...that stang is effin quick in the top end. We did a bunch of pulls (Chris will post the vids) at various speeds (30,40,50,65) and played with what gears we were both in. We also did the "driver swap" which was fun biggrin.gif.

I must say this though....I killed Chris from a 50 roll in 5th gear laugh.giflaugh.giflaugh.giflaugh.gif.....but he pulled away in all of the others. We're thinking that once I get some n/a cams in there we should be dead nuts on the highway as he only had a length or two from 50-120 smile.gif.

We went to home depot to make a boost leak tester before all of this...found a HUGE tear in my tb hose (which I had replaced not long ago with a good one huh.gif ) and adjusted a few things here and there. Thanks for finding my boost leak Chris wub.gif

Need more info on this please. Going to do the same thing by sealing off the upper IC hose going to the TB and pumping in 25lbs of air pressure. Will this do it? What did you do to find your leaks?

I don't know. I held my own against a 99ish Cobra with my T5M with similar mods. (I just happened to have an empty tank of gas, no spare, fresh rubber)
I think the 99 Cobra had around the same HP as the 2008 Stang you speak of.
