About idle control valve....you may try to clean it with brake cleaner.Sometimes oil from flame trap comes in it and clogg it a little bit.
When you clean it you must disconnect it first, and before reconnect, dry it very well.
Repeat cleaning process few times if neccessary(untill almost all oil comes out).

Cleaning the idle motor is a very good idea. When it is is clean you should be able to shake it and hear it clicking.

The other DTC you posted won't come back immediately because it is a fuel trim code and the ECM has to adjust fuel trim to a certain point before it will post a DTC. A good visual inspection for vacuum leaks wouldn't be a bad idea either.
