Hello all, I have a TD04-19t on my 94 850 and it is starting to push some oil. The turbo itself is not that old (20k miles) and I am looking into rebuilding it. Does anyone have any experience, pricing, quality information and who I might contact to get it rebuilt. Also, if I can find the parts to rebuild it myself I would be interested in going that route as well. Thanks in advance!!

I'll rebuild just about anything, but turbos are so not worth the effort IMHO. 20k off a turbo sounds like the last guy rebuilt it

Are you sure it's the turbo blowing oil and not the PVC? It just seems like with 20k on a new turbo you would have had to use gravel as oil to wear it that quick.

I can get you what ever you need to rebuild it. You can obviously call and turbo shop and have them do it for a fair amount of money. Its actually a rather easy process if you take your time and have the right tools.
I am curious of why it only made it 20K miles and what your definition of "pushing oil" is?
