I'm trying to replace the headlight washer t-connector:

but I am unable to find it. It seems to be hidden/stuck between the condenser and radiator.
Where Is The T-Connctor Located?

Behind and kind of under the right headlight. You can see it if you lay underneath the car and look up with a flashlight. Apparently it's easier to replace if you remove the headlight. Have to do mine also so I'll know for sure after this weekend.

I removed the headlight, but still wasn't able to reach it. I'll post back when I try it from the bottom

Just did mine yesterday. You can access it from in front of the radiator with the hood open. The metal cross piece down near the bumper has a clip that holds the hose. I undid the hose from the passenger headlight wiper arm and just gently pulled the hose in front of the rad until the connector was visible. Just make sure you dont loose the passenger wiper hose into the headlight trim piece or it may be hard to get it back through.
As a side note, I bought two t-connectors from the dealership. They gave me identical connectors. The headlight washer connector is actually different as the hoses are smaller. If you have the wrong connector, it makes it harder to get the hoses on the fitting.
