I'd rather not say.

Back on topic: What you get for $200 dollars

In the last week:

I recharged my AC-
-Then the blower motor decided to only operate when set to 4.

I welded in my hi-flo cat-
-then I failed emissions.

I went to make a left turn-
-then my indicator stalk broke off.

I went to back out of a tight space-
-then I scraped my PS QP flare.

I reset my SRS light-
-but it unset itself.

I had low coolant and added more-
-then I had low coolant.

That's what you get for $200

So my warped rotor shake is starting to get ridiculous, so I may be embarking on a brake upgrade sooner than I budgeted for.

Whats the minimum size wheel I need to run the caliper bracket that allows for the larger front rotor?

WILL it fit a 17" wheel, or can I get by with a 16"?

Most 16's will fit, just not columba's. I assume you are talking about doing a 302mm upgrade.

Yes.

I may run my 16" BBS if I can get a proper tire place to stretch a 205mm on the fronts and a 215 mm tire on the rear.

They clear my Z with 4 piston calipers up front.

I dont want to order standard rotors up front just to go and order 302s a month later.

Agreed. It's not that much more to get the brackets for the upgrade. And the rotors are very close in price.

And I realized how much of a Volvo junkie I am today. I read your entire thread while at work. It's a sickness.... ^_^ Fun read, btw.

16 by what? Since it's a BBS and it sounds like they're staggered. I'm guessing 7 in the front and 8 in the rear. If that's the case, that's not really any stretch at all.

Ah, I have that same problem. I just read two whole GC8 to eg33 swap threads, and I also watched both seasons of Game of Thrones recently in a depressingly short period of time.

I need help.

Mostly everything I did in this thread was a resto mod. I'm trying to be cheap about it.

16x8 and 16x9.

The tire shops around here freak when I pull out the 3 piece wheel, let alone ask to mount a "non standard" Tire size.

I get stuff every year when I get the 195/50/15s mounted.

Is this for the wagon? cause id give you stuff too if you removed 10mm from profile and didnt add any to the width, but this is coming from a guy who wants moar grip 100 percent of the time all the time.....

Nice sizes. I have the same widths mounted on 8.5s and 9.5s but on 17" RS'. I had a set of 16" RS' for a brief moment and I really really liked them. Would have loved to keep them for a daily wheel.

The car had 185/65/15 when i got it, if i remember correctly.

I did two sets of 195/50/15.

If I run the argos one more season I'm going to a 205/50/15 otherwise they will be my new snow wheels since i sold off the steelies.
