They are if you are the pimp..The guy spent it on hookers.
Hookers are non-transferable.

Most 16's will fit, just not columba's. I assume you are talking about doing a 302mm upgrade.

Yes.
I may run my 16" BBS if I can get a proper tire place to stretch a 205mm on the fronts and a 215 mm tire on the rear.

Agreed. It's not that much more to get the brackets for the upgrade. And the rotors are very close in price.
And I realized how much of a Volvo junkie I am today. I read your entire thread while at work. It's a sickness....Fun read, btw.

16 by what? Since it's a BBS and it sounds like they're staggered. I'm guessing 7 in the front and 8 in the rear. If that's the case, that's not really any stretch at all.

16x8 and 16x9.
The tire shops around here freak when I pull out the 3 piece wheel, let alone ask to mount a "non standard" Tire size.
I get stuff every year when I get the 195/50/15s mounted.

Is this for the wagon? cause id give you stuff too if you removed 10mm from profile and didnt add any to the width, but this is coming from a guy who wants moar grip 100 percent of the time all the time.....
