these are ported and are rated to 500 HP. From Che: Cosworth ditched these after they topped them out at 500 HP in favor of the Mahle manifold.

Standard holes were filled and then it was tapped for a T25 housing?

Built motor, Nira i3+ EMS, GT35R, Tial 40mm Wastegate, Tial BOV, FMIC, 630cc injectors, 3" exhaust, Quaife diff, singlemass flywheel conversion, Spec stage III+..blah blah..

Not those. Those were used in 2004 when the cars were basically stock. In 2005 they started with a cosworth manifold that looked basically like that which was efficient up to ~400. Mid year they went to the mahle short runner manifold which is what you guy are probably used to seeing on the GT Volvos.

A NA manifold? I dont think anyone knows. Florida crew crashes them into trees before any engine work is ever done.
