Topic says it all. Cheaper the better. This is for a friend who has a kid coming soon and no car. He wants to do around 2500 so it limits it to 850s and earlier. Doesn't matter turbo or not just a strong running volvo that needs little work for cheap (I know it's asking a lot!).
