you could probably just solder in a new LED if your is burnt out...

nah the LED is good its just really cracked, i tried fixing it twice, but i just need a whole new one. thanks for the input though. i'm all up for cost saving measures.... this one seems like it's just gone on long enough

Mine on my 850r kept on poping out because the clip was broken on the LED light... well I got a new one put it in and it still pops out

Believe it or not that piece actually serves as part of the automatic climate control as well. It's supposed to do something like drop temperature by X degrees when it senses extreme temperature and the setting is in Auto on the CC.

This would be why some have a 2 pin(NO cc) connection and some have a 3 pin(auto CC)
So Corey make sure you check that first on yours and get the appropriate one.
