We picked up a new ride for my wife yesterday. 2004 G35 6 speed coupe. 89000 kms. Loaded with every option possible! 18" & Brembo's. Local Doctor owned it and traded it in on a CR-V  Vehicle even came with winter tires/wheels, not sure how well this thing is going to handle in the snow? I thought my 850t was low

No garage yet! I actually built a couple wood platforms for the sleds to sit on, at present the Ski-doo is the only one resting on one. They work well, drive on & off them with no skis freezing to the ground

Nice step up for my Wife going from a Integra to a G35 (she's happy) ;)

Awesome. I've always been a hard-core Nissan buff. The G35 is a great car, and you got the right year, with the Brembo's.

Good thing you got the spoiler, it actually makes those cars faster...

Rusted lug nuts :(

I do not like or dislike those cars however from where I'm from in PA that car is normally driven by a tool... but its for your wife so different story.... my actual goal with my car is to only make it fast enough to beat these cars and the people that drive them...

good luck with it!

Not a fricking chance! It's fast but just seem to have the torque the 850t has. I mess with one most morning on the way to work and I can romp him every time. It is listed @ 280hp and I think my 850t is in the 290hp range with bags more torque :D

My brother owns a 2005 G35....He got the coupe auto so yea, not the same car, but

He has an exhaust , think he did an engine spacer, CAI...the nice big rims..expensive tires.

But i view it like this. That car new was what, 35k tops?
850R's new were around 39k...and thats back in the 90's.

He only has about 20k miles on it of course lol...and it drives very comfortable...leather is nice, although, now that i own the suede mix...i'm not so sure =p

I don't like the exhaust tones on them though...thats one thing you will sacrifice...no raspy volvo love from those cars :( I think my NA sounds better then his =p

He drove the 850R (he technically bought it for me) and was saying how it felt similar in torque to his car...and at one point was saying it felt like more!

Thats with a stock 850R and crummy tires =)

Imagine when he drives it after i've had my money and way with it. Car bought for 2500$ beats car for 30k, and has almost identical in features. Heated seats? got it...Power Seats? got it....Climate Control? Got it...HIDs? Can have it =p ...

Really, i think the 850 was very ahead of its time...but all in all, i would drive a G35 or G37 myself...they are nice cars...but lol..about the lowness.

He put lowering springs on his, and when we go over speedbumps..its lol...very slow, wheels to right and left lol...and i mean 850 lowered with eibachs is pretty low imho, but i dont get how he even gets a jack under his car =p

Clean nuts FTW... Sorry, had to go there.

Nice find Trent, looks good and should be fun, until it snows! Look at it this way: you'll have a nice snow plow for the winter.

Seriously, def a little jealous!

On the track, stock for stock a g35 would murder an 850r.

Kim is already freaking out about that, I told I would cut her a path with 850t. I can see our neighbor who blows out our lane is going to get rich off us this year

Thanks for all the kind words about the car guys, Kim really enjoys driving it ;)
