Ok, so here's the dyno charts from last Friday. The dyno was a Dynapack Dyno. Max Torque was 308 lb/ft, and HP was 285.3 whp. Thought it would have been more. :( Is the ups and downs in the torque and boost normal?

Those are not bad numbers for running a IPD tune, R mani, exhaust and IPD TCV

Perhaps, just need to find the solution for the torque and boost ups and downs. Shouldn't the torque and boost rise to a crest and then hold at a steady level and not fall up and down?

Knowing the AFR's would help determine the cause of the ups and downs. honestly ive seen a lot worse variations. Maybe check and make sure all of the clamps are tight, the boost seems to drop at about the same level each time so maybe a clamp is a little loose and lets boost drop once there is an opening created by the pressure. Or try putting in a MBC or EBC. Even with the quality IPD TCV, a MBC or EBC should give a much more even boost curve.

I'm checking with the shop now for the AFR's, they ran it because they hooked into my bung on the DP. Additionally, I'm looking to get the HKS EVC V boost controller to help with the boost stability. Will also check the clamps again.

Expecting more? Jeeze. Those numbers are great for a 16T. The TQ is a little lower than expected, but the HP is very nice.

For some reason I was hoping for around 300hp. Call me overly ambitious. Guess if I want 300hp need the 18T then. Time to call DW.

For the best efficency, and numbers, look into getting a 19T, over the 18T. I know the flow isn't that much different, but it still flows better than the 18T.

I'm really impressed by your WHP, personally. Considering I have many of the same modifications, and a little more, I'm curious to know what I'm putting down.

My only concern with the 19T is getting a tune for it. With the 18T I can get the IPD tune, but guess I could use the IPD 18T tune for the 19T.

I'm going to be running the Stage III tune with my setup. Like I said, the flow isn't that far off, and it's certainly better than running the 15G BSR tune I'm running now. It's ultimately up to you though, but considering you already have a built block, I'm go big, or go home, haha.

you have a built bottom end, go get a manual boost controller and watch your peak torque go up a nice bit

I'm hestitant to get a MBC because of the uncontrollable factor of having the boost come on too fast in 1st gear and having to feather the gas in 1st. I like the idea of the dual stage MBC, but at the drag strip not sure if I can act quickly enough and be consistent all the time to throw the firing switch for high boost. I like the idea of the HKS EVC and letting it do all the low to high boosting automatically for me. I'm really anxious to see what the EBC will do to these charts after installation (like smoothing everything out).

 I understand that and I understand I can run a bit more boost, but my problem is wanting to be able to control that boost in 1st gear at launch. What am I not understanding from this?

Your numbers look really good for your setup. The HP and Torque look on the money. I would be very happy with those numbers.
