Just wondering what this part does, it looks like it controls two other throttle flaps, but idk . . -

some sort of intake resonance tuning device? looks like its purpose is to control weather or not each side of the intake is open to the other

It looks identical to a waste gate and is hooked up to the butterfly valves... Vacuum controlled throttle? That doesn't seem right.
