As of lately I have been looking around for a stick shift car. I have looked at e30s and 850s with a possible manual swap and I just can't seem to find the right car or the right way to go about quenching my thirst to drive a stick. Just a stupid thought, but how much of a mess would it be to convert my car to a m66? I am going to be asking someone I know who works in the VolvoSaab wrecking yard, but just wanted to get opinions from people. Maybe I should just spend some money on turning my car into a stick vs. buying a used car for 2k+ and it is a piece. I know Justin can help me out on this one, haha. Please put in your imput, not just a yes or no because I am seriously considering it. thanks again guys.

not too big of a pita if you are capable of doing it your self, will get real expensive if your paying someone. m66s arent too cheap either.

Forgot one thing too. Is the R m66 different from the 05+ 6spd m66? Does the AWD make a difference or can they be interchanged? Going to call after this class to see if it is AT all a possibility.

get a 98 for the manual swap and pick either FWD or AWD you can use either the M56 for FWD or M58 for 5speed awd or M66 for 6 speed awd your choice .

Its not cheap what so ever.
