So i got these babies in the mail, po siad that i would only need to replace two tires so I did. I went out and picked up a pair of Falken Ziex ZE-912's. So far so good.

I take a pic of the hight pre install to see how much of a difference larger wheels on a lowered car (billstein touring and ipd springs) would make.

My new wheels go on.

Car felt higher and according to my 5 hour energy measurement tool it definitely did.

Now, on to main point of this thread.. i take a look at my rear tire (pirelli P-zero) and see the side wall.

I'm pissed because these are good tires with plenty of tread.

I know that sidewalls cant be patched but do you guys think I'll make it a few days until my new tires come in?

I love volans =0

I personally will stick with eibachs when it comes to lowering..i think the IPDs drop it too much and have less coils vs the eibachs which are more coils and progressive. That looks low, but nice though...i would'nt worry too much, but invest in a skid plate? LOL =)

I feel ya brother. Jacked the car up this morning and swapped out the rears with the old set (factory t-5 wheels) i had on before.

The new ones should be in by the middle of the week so I'll be in good shape soon.

Thanks everyone.

I have had P-zero's, worst tire I have ever driven on and if you research them they have been plagued with problems

A'hem...IMO...you're an idiot.
