I have as set of 15" Antlia wheels. Last winter I ran them on 205/65/15. A huge, chunky looking tire, but it worked just fine on the C70. Now that my car is lower, I want to go with something smaller. Not just for the clearance, but because I like the way the car sits on a slightly smaller tire.

I'm between a 195/65/15 and a 195/60/15. I'm leaning more towards the 60 profile, because it will fit nicely with the lower stance. Plus I love the way Antlias look on a smaller tire. But the 65 will raise the car up a bit. Undoubtedly smaller than the tires I have now, but not as sleek as a 60 profile.

Anyone running 15's in winter? What would you suggest?

195/65/15 worked best for me. Ran them on my 850 and 740 last year. Good ratio between wheel and tire.

What's the size of your summer tires? I'd try to stick with something that has a similar rolling diameter

I'm running 215/45/17 and I like the look of the thinner size.

Volvo's stock winter size for 15s is 185/65/15. If you want a 195 tire then I'd suggest 195/60/15. I'm running 195/65/15 because that is what the previous owner got with the car... haven't had much problems with it either. With 195/65, the rear tucks a teeny bit. :D

I think I might go with a 185/65/15. I remember hearing that it's better to go with a thinner tire in winter, plus all the 195/65/15s I've seen look chunky like my massive 205/65/15s.
