If you have an upgraded suspension go with the ipd hd. I run the xc90s and they've lasted fine with my upgraded suspension, but unlike the ipd hds its just a question of how many miles until i do need to replace them (even if it may be thousands). I felt sort of silly afterwards that I spent $800+ on a simple suspension components and didn't want to shell out an extra $40 or whatever it is for better spring seats....

ipd hd basis of design is the xc90, except made with more virgin rather than recycled material. Also has a reinforced center piece where breaking most often occurs.

It's not the same, I added "HD" suffix to designate that it is a heavy duty unit.
I kept the XC90 portion of the part number because when/if someone searches for the updated XC90 mount for their car the part number will come up in a google search on our website.

Thanks Rbodor3 for clarifying the differences between the stock XC90 part and our HD unit!
