I'm going to post up my story really quick so others are warned before hand

Back in late June I purchased a set of TDR 1.0 black wheels from Magik wheels. Once I put tires on them and put them on the balancer one of them was clearly bent....They hadn't been out of the box before I put the tires on. Ok I thought I'll use this one as a spare and buy another single. I worked out a deal with Magik Wheels for a discounted 5th wheel, and paid on July 15th. I never saw that wheel until today October 22nd. I emailed them constantly and sent them messages on ebay. For the first month I was ignored. Then I finally got one response on ebay. They told me it shipped on July 15th. I asked for a tracking number, and to which address it was sent and I never got a reply back ever. Thats right over the course of 3 months I only got one response back. Now I finally have my 5th wheel and the paint is chipped on it.

Granted the wheels were cheap so I'm not fuming mad. I just wanted VS to be aware that if you deal with them your wheels may come damaged, and they will most likely not answer your emails unless you want to send them more money.

PP dispute? I would have filed 30 days after you sent them the money for the 5th wheel.

LOL. they failed Dave's shipment to me as well.

It was easier to deal with TDR directly.

BTW this wheel and the bent one they sent me were NOT damaged in shipment. All of the boxes were dent free and I could not find the missing paint chip in the box. Simply they said fuck it. I would still buy the wheels because they are cheap and lite but I might try to get them from someone else...

To continue on Yangs post.

I bought some wheels from MagikWheels and sent them my money... then decided against the black on my gray car. Called them to change the shipping address to Yang and they charged me a fee for that... well when Yang got it they were the wrong bolt pattern!

not 5x108 but maybe 5x114 which he could not use. Andy in the UK from MagikWheels basically said... call TDR and the cali number... so I did but by then Yang had already called them and worked it out.

Ugh, go directly through TDR.

out of curiosity, where did it come from?

Mine were from TDR in Ontario, CA. I'm guessing Magik just acts as a middleman to drop ship them.
