what code do I put in? do I need to pull the HU for further info?

You put in the radio code, which you can get from the dealer by providing the VIN to them.

I'm guessing you drained the battery?

doing pcv system as title says, battery was unhooked, should of realized I would of needed that code before dang it

Check your owners manual for a card the size of a business card it will have 4 numbers on it if its there. Also some owners have written it on top of the radio. The vin is not always an accurate test sometimes HU have been switched out over the years the sure fire way is to get the radio serial number and get a code based on that from the dealer.

yeah well honestly, who steals volvo radios anyways, it's not like the civic fanboys are drooling over rebadged alpines.

Funny I just saw a 850 on craigslist with a smashed window and stolen radio. so i guess it does sometimes happen.
