You just need your basic Dexron/Mercon. Get three gallons of you favorite brand and your set. I am assuming you have a flush kit.

No because it has been discussed many times. What do you think the search button is for? there is also a thread on how to search.

OP, I had the same issue back in '03. I started flushing my fluid whenever it looked bad enough and my tranny has been happy ever since. Its still strong and the only reason I haven't gotten too serious about a manual swap.
Same with Adam, I've started using Mobil 1 and the fluid holds up a lot longer and stays clear longer. For a kit, all you need is some 5/8" (iirc) clear hose you can get at Home Depot and a bucket. Detach the top tranny cooler line and stick the clear hose on the tranny hose and zip tie. Route the hose to a bucket that you put next to you so you can monitor it. Start the car and watch the fluid flow. As soon as you see bubbles in the hose, shut off the car and add the same amount of fluid you got out back in tube. Start with 3 qts of regular ATF then move onto the Mobil 1. Keep doing to pump and fill until you see clear fluid come out. Do it until about 3 qts of the clear stuff comes out ( the cheap stuff you started with). After your last top up, reconnect the hose to the cooler, shift your car through the ranges while running and check fluid levels. (Oh, in addition, some like to drain the pan first, but since I pulled fluid out of there right away and used extra dino ATF, i didn't bother)
